RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Mai Nakharali, each product is meticulously handcrafted and made to order. We strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience and appreciate your understanding of our return and refund policies.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

   • As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
   • We are not liable for any size or fitting issues once an order is confirmed. Each piece is crafted with a minimum margin to accommodate minor alterations.

2. Customization Requests

   • Customization for size, garment length, color, or pattern changes will only be processed after full payment is received.
   • The brand is not responsible for the final appearance of the customized product, as it is made per the client's request.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

   • If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at mainakharali@gmail.com or call us at +91 9647503599 within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to assist you.

4. Pricing Adjustments & Sale Policies

   • Products purchased at a certain price will not be adjusted, refunded, or canceled if the item goes on sale after the purchase.

5. Order Cancellations

   • If a single item is canceled from a multiple-product order, a credit note will be issued for the value of the canceled item.
   • No adjustments will be made to the final billing of the canceled product.

6. Shipping & Delivery Delays

   • We use reputable courier services, but once a package is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.
   • While we will assist in resolving courier issues, returns or refunds will not be provided due to such delays.

7. Order Placement & Payment Policy

   • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
   • Orders can only be placed through our official website.

8. Unacknowledged Deliveries

   • If a customer is unresponsive during delivery or fails to acknowledge the shipment, Mai Nakharali will hold the order for up to three months.
   • After this period, no claims for the garment or payment requests will be considered.
